But I Don't Want to Clean the House!

   Well since this weekend it's been snowing a TON, there's lots of cleaning to be done! Not just because of the snow, but because we've been in the house this whole weekend and my brother's birthday is tomorrow and people are supposed to be coming over after my band concert. :) I'm super excited..even though I don't get to play the piccolo in it.. :( My band director said it's too "hard" for our band to play so we don't get to play it. The whole band loves the song (because it's the longest..the prettiest..it has the best flute solo, and it's the most challenging!) Now we're only playing 3 songs..but I'm not going to complain because my dad, grandpa, brothers and uncles (maybe even including my mom) want to get home quick to watch the Vikings game! (I am not a football fan..at all.) 
   Yesterday I cleaned my room, the bathroom..yuck, vacuumed the stairs, dusted my room (personally I don't think those shelves have been dusted in...maybe a few years?? Ha. Just Kidding..it just seems like it!) And for today..I cleaned the toy room, and vacuumed. I accidentally vacuumed up a rock. Woops. The sound of that wasn't pretty! So overall I've done lots of cleaning. And did I mention that I now know how to do the laundry?? In FACS class one of our homework assignments was to do a load of laundry...and the load I did..was LARGE! So now I'm guessing my mom will make me do more laundry? 
   So enough complaining. I did get a lot done this weekend and I'm not going to complain about it. I hope you all have a good week!
