that's how a friday should be

A typical Friday afternoon/evening would look like this: get home from school. Go on the computer for 3 hours. Get off the computer and be really bored. Eat dinner. Watch tv. Go on computer. Yes, that is exactly what I would normally do. And that is sad that the computer and tv are practically controlling my life! My Friday afternoons and evenings are controlled by the computer! That is really sad, and I'm hoping to change that. And guess what? I did!

Today was a lot better. I went directly to my friend's house after school and we made trail mix and watched some tv..(may i mention just a little bit?) Then we did jumping jacks, and went on a walk with her dog. We pulled her dressers apart and searched and searched for money. We found $2.05 cents. We wanted to buy some of that Extra key lime pie gum and the mint chocolate chip. We went to my house found some extra change and walked to CVS and bought two packs of gum, and gummy bears! We went back to my house and hung out and played basketball for a few hours. 

She invited me to go to a local pizzeria with her parents and we did. We had a nice time, just the two of us. And I loved it! 

Do you ever feel "controlled" by the computer? I feel like I always have to do blog keeping. But really, blogging shouldn't take over your Friday afternoons! Realize that I didn't go on the computer once today..until now! :) Be proud of me. ;)

Today my mom got me the last book of the Christy Miller Series. (cry, cry, cry) I am so sad. Seriously these books are amazing! 

And just so you know..those are the actual books in the series. I am now on the last book in the college years. *tear*
