Duluth [part two]

Happy Tuesday! I'm so happy to be posting on a week day! Well, now I am posting about part two of my trip..:) After we hiked for a while we went to a place called Palicade Head. (or something along the lines of that...). It was so cool! It was a huge cliff, and below was Lake Superior!

This picture was taken at risk. Just so you all know. My dad stuck my camera off this huge cliff, and took this picture. In the background I was totally freaking out, telling my dad if he dropped it,  he's getting me a new one right away! haha :)

After we ate some lunch, we drove to Split Rock Lighthouse. If you don't know what that is, well it's a famous lighthouse, that everyone in Minnesota should know about. ;) Just kidding! Anyways, we went there and just took pictures from a distance. We didn't actually go in it this time, thought we might try something a little different!

These little berry things were so cool! I saw them everywhere! They were on trees, bushes, plants, etc. 

The rocks by the water were just so cool! There were tons and tons of them, and each of them were smooth, and round, and just cool. :)

This is called "Ellingson Island" (i think..). Anyways, super cool island, and we walked around the whole thing. :)

There's Split Rock! It wasn't sunny that day, as you can probably tell from my pictures. It was really nice though. Perfect weather for hiking all day. :)
