home from camp|part one

Yesterday I got back from camp. It was the most amazing week ever. I've learned so much, and met so many new people, I want to go back so bad. I went with my cousin Haven, and we both had such a blast. Here's some pictures of our time there. [by the way, I didn't want to edit them, so these are unedited.]

Haven and I on the bus. We were so excited, and we just couldn't hide it. ;]

Sorry for this blurry picture-but we were on the bus on a dirt road. Anyways, this is the tall, tall trees that McGregor, Minnesota has, and this is also a glimpse at the camp I was at all week.

There's Haven walking out towards the lake-the gross, orange lake. It looks a lot prettier from the outside, then you get inside the lake, and well..it's gross. But I don't care, because I love to swim. Love it!

There's Haven standing by our cabin room door. The place we stayed in was kind of like an apartment in a way. It's a big building with about 12 or 13 rooms, and just like three hallways of them.

There's Haven and I again at the staff variety show one night. It's when they put on really funny skits, and well..the moral of the story is me and Haven laugh our heads off by the end of the night. ;]

When we got there we saw something new that was added. They added two little zip lines. They weren't those big ones that you go on over the trees or anything-they're like mini ones. They were really fun! All you had to do is grab the rope and drag the handles up to the stairs of the wood thing, and hang on and let go!

There's what I brought to chapel everyday. My bible, a notebook x2, and some sort of candy to munch on. That day it was pop rocks. ;]

Those are what you call mayflies. They were everywhere. One time we found one on Haven's shorts, who knows how long they were on there for. You would just randomly find yourself squishing them, and not even know your doing it!

Then there was dress night. I'm leaving you with this picture, well..because I love it! There will be two more parts to this time I had at camp..so there is more pictures! :] Stay tuned!
