my favorites from this weekend

This weekend I went camping. Here are some of my favorite things we did, and some of my favorite pictures!

camping with friends & family.

That's always fun! Especially when you camp with friends you haven't seen for a year!

our campsite being right on a river.

refreshing in the cold pool. 

After being in the 90 degree weather all day long, it's very refreshing to swim! Even if the pool is kinda cold..

bonfires.

I love it when everyone gathers around the campfire and plays games, and talks until midnight. Now that's a favorite.

bokeh.

Yeah..bokeh. My friend Ellie and I got a little obsessed with taking pictures of the pretty bokeh on the trees..so we had to try to take a picture of it!

board games.

Love to play board games with friends. :]

I believe Jake was really into the game or something. Every time I look at this picture I laugh. :]

petting farms & hay rides.

Loved the hay ride we went on to see the petting farm animals. Although the ride was longer than seeing the animals-but it was all fun anyways. ;]

trail mix.

Oh, yum! My mom brought along two bags of Monster Trail Mix. Deelish.

Okay I was bored in the car. Decided to take hilarious pictures..and well..maybe some good ones?

Okay. I seriously don't know why I'm putting this picture on..it is not attractive. at all. :P

when my dad shaves his beard.

My dad didn't have to work all last week-so he didn't shave. [for his job you can't have facial hair] Well by the end of the week..he was very stubbly, and it hurt..really bad when he came to kiss me goodnight. Not to mention it was very gray! He looks young again! ;]
