eight things to be excited for

Today? August 29, Monday. What's so good about this coming week..I mean it's the end of August, early September. School's in a week. What can be so exciting about it? I'm pretty excited, wanna know why? ;]

volleyball starts.

School volleyball to be exact. Some of these girls that are doing volleyball with me, I haven't seen all summer. I'm so excited to get back on the court today, see my friends, and see if I've still got the skills. ;]

weather is cooling down.

What? I know, I'm weird..but I can not wait for the weather to cool down. And just yesterday I wore jeans. Yes, jeans. Yay! So exciting. :] You know what I just realized..this week is gonna be HOT. shoot nuggets. 

i'm packing up.

I'm packing up my room. Do you remember this post? Yes..my room had a flood in it, and so we had to move all of my stuff into the living room. We hung a curtain (so I could have some privacy), and moved everything in there. So guess what? I'm packing it all up, because I'm moving back in to my new and improved room. :]

bowling, trampolining, and grand slam. 

At my church they have this thing called Super Week. It's when all the middle schoolers do three pretty awesome things. This year we're going bowling, going to a really cool trampoline place, and going to grand slam. It's going to be fun! :]

fourteen? no way.

It's craziness..I'm turning fourteen on Friday, September 2nd. Fourteen. Holy buckets. And I thought thirteen was old. :]

celebrations.

Well..when a birthday comes, so does celebrations. Going over to grandma and grandpa's houses..lots of fun. Also celebrating with lots of my close friends. :] It's gonna be sweet. 

state fair.

My brother won 4 free tickets to the state fair, so all 6 of us are going. ;] It's also my mom's birthday on Saturday so it's kinda how we're celebrating her birthday. (P.S. Isn't it kinda cool how my birthday is September 2nd, and my mom's is the 3rd?)

school starting.

I know a lot of you (including myself) are really bummed about school starting in just 8 days. But I mean it's gonna happen, so why not be excited for it? ;]
